People must be able to find you by searching for key words that are related to the content on your website. Keep this in mind when going through every step of the process and you'll end up with a successful website that is found by the people you want to find your site.

Most everything you need to build a website can be easily found and in many cases it is available at no cost. You don't need expensive equipment or resources and you don't need to spend a lot of money.
